Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using the Misjav Betting Platform

Misjav (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under the misjav.click domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between misjav and its members ("you" or "member").

Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts will be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A national ID card or passport may be required.

• Impersonating misjav staff or deceiving other users.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using fraudulent payment details or stolen bank or mobile accounts.

Misjav reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• During investigation of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Due to a court order or other legal obligation.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed and there is no evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation, any remaining balance will be refunded. The balance may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.
